On pavement, tire noise is noticeable, which is expected with tires of this size. Despite its weight, the EX Titan handles predictably once moving and doesn’t feel unwieldy. While it can handle mild single track, the EX Titan is best suited for double track, fire roads, forest roads, and mixed-surface riding. It’s not intended to be a hardcore downhill or technical trail bike, but it’s more than capable for casual off-road exploration.

KingBull rates the EX Titan for riders between 5’6” and 6’7”. Riders at the extremes of that range may feel slightly stretched or compact, but for most riders in the middle, the bike offers a comfortable reach and natural posture. With a 450-pound payload capacity, the EX Titan is well suited for larger riders or those carrying extra gear.

At 84 pounds, the EX Titan is not easy to lift. While it rides well once moving, transporting it can be challenging. Most hitch racks are not rated for this weight, even with the battery removed, so transportation is something potential buyers should carefully consider.
